2. Refunds
- No Refunds Issued: As we only accept cash on delivery, we do not issue refunds for any purchased items. Once the order is delivered and payment is made, the transaction is considered complete.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will review your case and may offer a replacement if the issue is valid. To process your request, please provide:

- Photographic evidence of the damage or defect
4. Order Cancellation
- Before Delivery: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order.
- After Dispatch: If your order has already been dispatched, you cannot cancel it. The cash payment will be required upon delivery.
